Well done Doc thank you! Symptoms aside doesn't HRT help with bones, heart, blood pressure and cholestrol? The vanity side also keeps thinning hair and spare tire belly at bay as well as smoother skin. I blame the medical researchers and docs and pharma for this mess. Women's health was never a priority in USA. Disgraceful what they have done. The WHI is disgusting and put many women at risk by giving lousy guidance to doctors and their patients. I know women that got no HRT nothing no guidance. This is sick to learn for anyone who was seen by doc and not advised of this should be angry. Too late now for many.

I had a hysterectomy when I was 32 and went on HRT almost immediately. I'm 76 years old and have been on estradiol (soy based) since then. I have tried to wean myself off of HRT for years and each time I would get hot flashes day and night and I would be just nasty. No disease or breast cancer for me after all these years. I have a feeling I'll be taking them for the rest of my life.

Hot flashes every hour all day and night. And shortness of breath. I’m supposed to do this for 5 years. I can’t do this for 5 years and to me the risks outweigh the benefits.
